Excellent Central Stay
spacious roomconvenient locationtricky stairs
the triple room was spacious and clean. comfy beds were especially welcome, and the hotel's proximity to the james quarter was convenient. i appreciated using only the tram to get to and from the airport, finding the location ideal for accessing everything.
my basement room was fine, but navigating the stairs with luggage proved a little tricky. the coded key release system seemed to have some issues during check-in. staff was present to help, thankfully.

the hotel sits close to shops and a theatre. a tram stop resides at the end of the street. this provides very easy access to public transportation and various points of interest within walking distance.

the rooms are of a good size and appear comfortable. they offer all the essentials for a pleasant stay. i noticed the room was very quiet with comfortable beds making for a relaxed environment.

lots of nice bars and restaurants are situated nearby. i found this to be a definite plus. the hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant, but the surrounding area offers various dining options to suit different tastes.

The location proved CENTRAL. i loved that the security measures were in place for after hours. I felt really safe. EMAIL information was very helpful. Directions were precise.

the location was acceptable. it was close to the city center.
i found no staff . it was a self check in system and contacting them became impossible. i had no hot water, very irritating. the toilet barely flushes.

the central location was convenient. i found plenty of sockets for my laptop, phone charger etc, useful.
nO staff were onsite to help with our needs. the room and bathroom were quite small, and there was no temperature control.

The location allows easy access to the city center. The room had tea and coffee supplied. I even found a spare heater in my room! This was a single room with a FABULOUS bathroom.
It was very noisy. I could hear people coming in late on their phones. The kettle had to be moved to be plugged in. These were minor inconveniences though.
